A neutrally decorated three-bedroom house with modern appliances.
Ideal for business travelers, contractors working away from home, families with kids, or groups of friends wanting to visit Scotland. Both Glasgow and Edinburgh are about 30 mins away by car or train.

 

This is a well-equipped home, for the internet age with super-fast WiFi and Sky TV service viewed on a large screen SMART TV. All bedrooms have a USB charging socket for 2 devices at each bedside table for all the phones and tablet computers.

 

Everyone sleeps in a proper bed, no setting up and putting away, an uncomfortable bed settee that blocks access to the space.

 

The bedrooms are equipped with single divan beds which are topped with quality matres, either built-in wardrobes or standalone wardrobes, chest of drawers, and bedside tables.

 

All the bedding and towels are supplied, with up to two bath sheets and two hand towels for each person.  Depending on the length of your stay, towels and bedding are changed about once a week on an agreed day.

 

The property is fully doubled glazed with a combi boiler for all your heating and hot water needs.
The kitchen has (I believe) every pot, pan, utensil, crockery, and cutlery item needed for everyday cooking.

 

All children are welcome, stair gates can be provided, please let me know if you require them.
