We provide a fully furnished, affordable property with three bedrooms sleeping up to five people. Our goal is to provide you with an enjoyable living experience whether you're on vacation or a contractor looking for accommodation while working away from home.
Whilst predominantly aimed at workers who need to travel and stay over for several days.
The property is equally suitable for a family looking for a holiday let.
All children are welcome. There is a stair gate permanently fixed to the bottom of the stairs and one that can be removed at the top of the stairs, please let me know if you need it fitted. A child high chair and a travel cot without a mattress is also provided (please bring a suitable mattress with you). There are also child friendly plastic bowls, plates and cups. A baby bath is not left at the property due to its size but I can provide one if needed, please let me know in advance of your arrival.
Other than food for the cupboards and the clothing you wear, We think we have everything else covered,
be it up to five adults looking for a home from home while working away or a family of five looking for a vacation in Scotland. This accommodation will fit the bill.

House Rules
1, No smoking within the property. Smoking is allowed in the back garden around the slabbed of patio area. Please ensure all cigarettes or the like are fully extinguished in the ashtray provided and do not leave cigarette butts on the ground.
2, When outside please be mindful of the neighbouring properties and keep language free from profanities and voice levels appropriate for the time of day.
3, No pets.
4, Guests are responsible for the cleanness of the apartment. The owners are not required to clean and tidy up or to take out the garbage during the whole stay of the clients. There are bins in the back garden for various items.
5, The owners are neither obliged nor responsible to organize guests' free time or to entertain them.
6, When the guests go out of the accommodation they have the obligation to, switch off the lights and electrical appliances, turn off the gas fire, set the heating back to timer mode if it has been set to manual, and to close doors and windows.
8, It is not allowed to cool down food and drinks by leaving them under running water.
8, It is forbidden to throw waste in the toilets or in any other place not permitted for this purpose like outside the house or in its vicinity.
9, The guests are kindly asked to take care of the accommodation and its furniture situated inside and outside of it.
10, Guests are asked to only use the provided towels for there intended purpose and to not use them to mop up spills or the like.
11, If tools, equipment or the like are brought in to the property for the purposes of securely storing them, please store them at the rear of the kitchen where the back door is. This is also the ideal space to hang wet clothes as the close proximity of the boiler facilitates quick drying.
12, No muddy footwear on the carpeted areas. Please remove any muddy footwear before going upstairs.
13, We kindly ask guests to not dry clothes or towels on the radiators. There is a fold out drying rack in each room with space to put it.
14, We kindly ask guests to put all rubbish in a bin bag before placing it in the wheelie bin outside. This includes take-out food like pizza boxes, Chinese food cartons, fried chicken boxes. There is a plentiful supply or bin bags either in the cupboard under the kitchen sink or in one of the kitchen drawers.
15, On the day of departure, the guests have to leave the accommodation by 10:00 am at the latest, in order that the owners have time to prepare it for the next guests arriving at 15:00. The guests have the obligation to leave the accommodation in the same condition as they found it, tidy and undamaged.
16. When starting to use the accommodation it is assumed that the guests are familiar with the house rules and that they agree with their conditions and obligations. Any problem that cannot be solved on the spot with the owners will involve the intervention of the police or of the tribunal of Split. Complains will be considered only if reported during the stay. Subsequent complains will not be considered.
